When you submit your bug report, it will be entered into our database for tracking purposes. After an initial assessment by GlobalCAD Support, the report will be assigned to an appropriate Support Team Member. Periodically, we will post notices regarding bugs reported by our customers within the Support section of the website and within the Forums
Please be as specific as possible when describing the problem.
